Isaac Pumphrey

Isaac Pumphrey, 25, is a rising leader in the Canadian music industry, originally from Yukon, Canada. As an A&R and Agents Assistant at Paquin Artists Agency, he plays a key role in artist development and talent strategy, supporting a diverse roster across genres.

In addition to his work at Paquin, Isaac is the founder of North Gold Entertainment, an independent label and management company focused on building sustainable careers for emerging artists. His approach blends creativity with business acumen—shaped by his recognition as 2021 Business Graduate of the Year by Career Colleges Ontario.

Isaac is known for his clear vision, collaborative spirit, and deep commitment to artist-first thinking. With a strong foundation in both the creative and commercial sides of the industry, he is helping to shape the future of music from the ground up.
